Skyline Builders is collaborating with The Guri Group to deliver this 12,000 SF project in the Roncesvalle Village in Toronto. The existing structure dates back to 1886 when it was first occupied. This project consists of demolitions, additions and renovations to both the substructure and superstructure.

Skyline Builders in collaboration with The Guri Group delivered this 3 storey hoistway project in the Annex area in Toronto. It consisted of LSL, rebar & concrete, structural steel, dimensional lumber and waterproofing assemblies.

Scope of work included patch work, taping, sanding, priming and painting walls, doors & trim. Exterior doors were removed, primed, painted & replaced. Concrete patio was installed at the front entrance. There was also plumbing work and new vanity installations.

This property had a pipe burst on the 2nd floor that spread through each floor below to the basement. Skyline tested for mold and also removed all traces of mold. Work was followed by expansion of ensuite bathrooms, walk in closet and renovations to the bedroom, kitchen & basement.

With the intention of flipping this property, the owner requested a full remodel & restoration of the home. Work included bathroom remodels, electrical & plumbing, framing, patch work, drywall, taping, sanding, priming, painting, hardwood flooring and tile work.

Due to the impacts of COVID, this medical clinic wanted to ensure that this space was safe for both patients and staff. Each room is fully enclosed, secured and air filtered for maximum protection and air quality.
